Dr. Mehmet Kaynak | Dr. Mehmet Kaynak received his B.S degree from Electronics and Communication Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University (ITU), took the M.S degree from Microelectronic program of Sabanci University, Istanbul, Turkey and PhD degree from Technical University of Berlin, Germany. He joined the technology group of IHP Microelectronics, Frankfurt (Oder), Germany in 2008 and led the group of MEMS from 2008 to 2015. Dr. Jens Schmidt | Dr. Jens Schmidt received a Diploma in Physics from Technical University Braunschweig and a PhD in Physics from RWTH Aachen. He joined the technology group of IHP Microelectronics, Frankfurt (Oder), Germany in 2008. At IHP he is responsible for electrical process control and involved in rad-hard technology development. | • Project Leader |
Dr. Roland Sorge | Dr. Roland Sorge received the Diploma in Information Technique from Technical University Dresden and a Ph.D. degree in Technical Informatics from Humboldt University Berlin. Currently his research interests are focused on the construction, integration and electrical characterization of radiation tolerant MOS and LDMOS devices. Dipl.-Ing. Frank Reimer | Dipl.-Ing. Frank Reimer Reimer received the Diploma in Information Technique from Technical University Chemnitz. He is a member of the electrical characterization group and responsible for on-wafer mixed signal functional testing. | • Core chip on-wafer testing |
